It would be extremely helpful if we had the support a little longer to have some time to get acclimated to the new way operating these procedures.
def need 3 weeks, to get enough training to make sure we are assisting the members in a timely manner and accurately with all the info we have to take in

i believe we do need at least 3 weeks of OJT, so we could have a chance to get more experience in, and hands on learning
This would be extremely helpful regarding all the new content that we will be incorporating whilst assisting callers.
