As some of you already know, the Japanese default setting for Groove Coaster is 3 songs per credit. While Taito created the title to distribute for game centers, the game center decides how many songs can be played with a credit and how much a game cost. Round 1 USA , a privately owned corporation, has set their cabinets at 2 songs per credit rather than 3 songs per credit. Due to this, many patrons refuse to play the game. It is estimated that only 45% of potential players play Groove Coaster because of these facts.
