The last time Nirav was captain he persuaded me to pull a sickie at work so that I could play for him because he needed me apparently. He called me on Friday night and I agreed, I turned up on Saturday just to get a TFC as I batted at 11 and did not bowl. I also spent half a season under his captaincy turning up on Saturday's knowing I would either bat at 1 or 11 and nothing in between as well as knowing I won't be bowling, most of the time I wouldn't even know until the 2nd innings. There has never been even a hint of communication and I simply refuse to play under his captaincy.

This appointment of 2XI captain makes no sense and is a backwards step for the club. All my other concerns will be mentioned in the letter.
