The Second Declaration of Independence Movement is a gathering of law-abiding citizens who support systemic reform of government policy via reforms in the fundamental doctrines upon which the United States was founded. The First Declaration of Independence (1776) was a good start, but we believe the time has come for a Second Declaration of Independence, which shall establish the absolute and inviolate rights of Citizens verses corporations or other entities which are created by statute or that owe their provenance to the beneficence of We the People of the United States.
