Hereby, we, first year non-EU MSc students holding DSU scholarship, respectfully appeal to "Politecnico di Milano" not to require us to pay the 2nd installment of our tuition fee in May 2014. Instead, we gently ask university to treat us as previous years' students.

That would be a great favor to us since this considerable amount of money (approximately 2400 euro) is not affordable for us taking into account our serious financial problems.
