2nd Petition for investigation of Officer Marc Lofton, Statham Police Department

This sack of excrement needs to serve some time for the time his actions have caused others because of his false arrests.

This is an epidemic that needs to end.

If he's not investigated and fired then the Chief should be.

This is so sad. A bully is a bully. Yes, this and his actions are wrong. SO WRONG!!!

Update: Law suits have been filed in Federal Court today.

Update: off. lofton has been FIRED from the Lumpking Co Sheriff's Office after 4 weeks on the job.

Another officer with attitude and abuse of power, a disgrace to the image of all public employees and should be digging ditches somewhere away from the public.

This officer needs to be investigated.

Fire and charge this cop for corruption.

This officer absolutely without question needs to be held accountable for imposing life changing events upon people!

This police officer is obviously trying enhance his record by arresting anyone and everyone that he comes into contact with by grossly over-exaggerating some minuscule imperfections in a field sobriety test. This is a perfect axample of why people resist cooperating with the police in any kind of contact.

He must have had loved one killed by dui Got problems

He now works at my Lumpkin county Police department and I'm seriously worried about my small little town. Prayers!

Update: As of July 14, 2017, off. lofton has been HIRED by the the Lumpkin Co Sheriff's Department.

We do not need this type of officer w [taking in Lumpkin County, he is being sued for false arrest many times over, I'm a retired Deputy Sheriff, that lady passed those field sobriety test.

Police who abuse their power are as much a menace to society as any axe murderer, and should be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.
