2nd Petition for investigation of Officer Marc Lofton, Statham Police Department

Mark Loft is a disgrace to the uniform. He needs to be charged and serve jail time. I've never met an officer I didn't like but this guy is horrible.

I have theroly investigated this man, and after further analysis i can safely say he belongs no were in law enforcement. This man is ruining people's lives. From abusing his power, to causing physical harm, all the way to many false arrest. We have to accept the fact that just because we hired someone as a police officer, doesn't mean we didn't make a mistake. These people are out there, and there scum. He is giving cops a bad name in this country. "Serve an protect" Marc lofton has a rather different approach "Destroy, and harm". Marc if you read this you should be ashamed of yourself, whatever you got going on in your life that is so bad doesn't mean you can ruin other's your a piece of crap, and half this country hates you for what you have done. You belong in a cage for what you did to these people, and i hope this petition gets you there one step closer. You have a lot of enemy's marc, watch your back. Don't take it as a threat, take it as a helpful warning. I have no intentions on harming you, but many...many others do.

This man should not be a police officer. He has purposely tried to ruin people's lives that were innocent. He is disgrace to law enforcement and should be stripped of his right to become a police officer and another city. Also he should be criminally charged in the false arrests that he has made and should before to pay restitution to those he falsely arrested.

An example of what is wrong with America he should have been fired already and after seeing this over and over he should be in jail. I shouldn't be able to see 6+ videos of this cop acting like a criminal and not upholding the laws he was supposed to be protecting.

For some reason there's a reputation in Georgia about pulling people over in accusing them and giving them DUI test. It happened to a friend of mine she got pulled over was never under the influence she went through the DUI test and the steps and failed. Most people have impairments or loss of balance and cannot be accused for DUI. That's the tactic that state of Georgia is using to perform arrests. People should always decline when asked for a sobriety.

Sorry excuse for a LEO. It gives a bad reputation to the great men and women who legitimately serve their community

Kid passed field test with flying colors, problem with field tests is officer can say whatever he wants to and justify his actions. The problem is that he never mentioned the breathalyzer results, BECAUSE HE KNEW THAT IT WAS NEGATIVE! Waste of a paycheck for a GOOD officer.
