Please charge this guy with false arrest, kidnapping, perdury, manufacturing evidence, and abuse of authority for arresting innocent citizens for DUIs when they were stone cold sober. When his actions were found out in one department, he resigned and preyed upon Citizens in another country! He's the worst kind of dangerous, pompous, arrogant cops there is!

It is an absolute travesty how this officer treated that elderly cancer patient.It was extremely hard to watch.It's quite obvious he enjoys bringing suffering and misery to whomever he can.Very disgusting behavior to treat another human being the way he does.

He is a sociopath who should be permanently barred from ever having the opportunity to be in law enforcement. All of his previous DUI arrests/cases should be reopened and scrutinized to see if more false arrests were made.
