2nd Declaration of Independence

@ David McCullough: Why can't a fund be established from the government funds that is set aside for campaign costs and divided equally among those who are campaigning and with auditing that they must use those funds and only those funds or become ineligible for the office for which they are running? In response to the Declaration itself, I have been saying this for more than a year and didn't think anyone was listening. I do feel that there are still some serious measures that need to be added. I want to comment on the term limits for congress and agree that 4 years with 1/4 turnover every year and limited to two non-consecutive terms so that any wrong doing that they may have tried to put in place could be rectified by the officeholder that would reside between their terms. I think this should also be the limit of 4 years for the president with limit of two non-consecutive terms. I also feel that this same time frame and limitation should be added to the Judicial Branch (which was not mentioned) but is just as guilty and they should also be forced to step down to allow for new judges. Some of the other things that were not mentioned that I feel should be added are: All amnesties should be null and void and all citizenships that have been handed down in the last 40 years should be reviewed and those not valid to the original immigration reforms should be voided and all illegals deported immediately. All military personnel should be returned home to man our borders and our modes of entry. All military bases around the world not on American soil should be torn down and everything to the last brick or scrap of metal shall be returned home (nothing left behind) While locking our borders to all imports and exports until America has righted itself and jobs and businesses return. i support this new Bill of Rights. I would ask that it be amended so that this extends to all Native American tribes as well, recognized or not, and that they be compensated. We are all in this together.
