2nd amendments needs to stay in Hendersonville county!! We also need to pay our police more, respect our Hendersonville. Police and fire Department and bring D.A.R.E. back into Henderson county schools. God bless our county!! Hope others sign this petition.
As a life-long resident of Henderson County, I respectfully request the County Commission to make the symbolic gesture of declaring our county a second amendment sanctuary county. With attacks on the Constitution coming closer and closer to our boarders, I feel joining with other counties who have and will take this step sends a clear message to our state leaders that we support the Constitution and Bill of Rights as written. To dilute any aspect of the Constitution weakens all liberties for all Americans. Please take a stand for our liberties and rights and declare Henderson County a second amendment sanctuary county.

It is of utmost importance to protect the Second Amendment. It was written for the protection of individual citizens rights to protect themselves and hunting.
