Why Doesn't Atwater Have a 285-W Noise Barrier?

This area is so congested, and we hear traffic all day and all night. A sound barrier would be extremely helpful. Our tax dollars at work.

Please construct the sound barrier wall. The noise, at all times of the day, is not only annoying to deal with, even sleep disrupting, but it might negatively impact Atwater property values.

We need it . It is sound and noise pollution without it . Please approve for our lovely neighborhood .

We are a new community of 80+ homes and we can hear the highway noise at all hours of the day and night, with our windows shut and doors closed. There is public park between 285 and Atwater that should also be protected. The construction noise, particularly overnight, our community continues to endure is horrific. We would greatly appreciate your consideration of the sound barrier to at least allow us some relief once this part of the construction is over. Please help!
