As the only Veteran facility for TRUMBULL County our Veterans desire a neighborhood free from exploitation which happens when this element is allowed to take over a neighborhood. We support the stand of this petition to remove people who do not want to be respectful of the law.

According to the accounts from the neighbors, these properties seem to have become a nuisance to our community. I stand with my neighbors to call on our city administrators to hold the property owners responsible for their properties impact on the neighborhood and to assist with the abatement of this problem.

Building codes exist for more than appearances.....it is for safety as well. These homes not only look terrible, bringing down the overall appearance of a street of beautiful, well-kept century homes. but they pose a danger to the tenants inside (as well as the adjacent homes). It surprises me that a firefighter landlord would be so blind as to the danger his homes present to his own tenants.

Problems at this location have gone on for too long. Concerned neighbors who do look after their properties deserve an end to criminal activity and building code violations. Owner of these two houses should stop getting preferential treatment.

These two houses have been a problem for a long time but the situation has gotten much worse the last couple of years. I can't believe code allows so many units crammed into these houses. Horrible tenants are now spreading their cancer by stealing from the good residents in the area.

Sub standard housing causing huge problems for our neighborhood. Slum rentals like this must go. This house must go.

There is no excuse for a society founded on laws to knowingly allow the trafficking of hard drugs in plain sight! If the current laws are not strong enough; let's lobby to strengthen them!
