And thankfully your worldview is still compatible with this! She is not "in between" she is a young woman.

Admitting a girl to a girls school is not moulding children it's par for the course. Other parents have no place in determining an individual student's right to attend that school. Remember the motto : "One and All"

Decisions in moulding our children need to be presented to the parents first before decisions are made.

The opportunity cost is vast. Teachers struggle to teach. They certainly aren't able to be vigilant regarding any mental health issues outside of sexual ones. What about picking up signs of autism spectrum, and sensibly advising parents so they can manage it with experts of their choice? That's just one example. Even there we need guidelines limiting the teacher obligations.

It certainly appears massive decisions were made at a radical core without due regard for anyone else or basics of governance.

You are completely right, the school is not coed! And that's why this girl will be attending the girls college. Coed would be forcing the young girl to attend a boys school, since she is not a boy.

St Stithian’s is not co-ed. If you wish it to be, then make it one massive co-ed school and move forward as such, so that parents can make a proper informed decision.

I agree with the questions being posed here. It is great to be a part of a burgeoning zeitgeist and on the forefront of political issues but Saints is an educational institution not a political machine or advertising agency. As a school policies seem to be turning into very political decisions without a transparent vote happening from all parties attached to the school.

This school can no longer claim to be a Christian school if it embraces transgenderism. This curriculum and all that it embraces, is deliberate in its aim to corrupt our children and fill their heads with things that are absolutely wrong. The Bible is very clear on the creation of the two sexes. Their is nothing in between!!

Agreed. We can leave aside the content of the policies for a moment and ask purely about that. It doesn't seem that the necessary governance is in place. With such a poor foundation, policymaking cannot succeed.

I regret sending my daughter to St Stithians.

Establishing appropriate accountability is key

The purpose of the school is to provide education to the learners and the parents pay very dearly for that education. Stick to your purpose! Don’t get caught up in sideline issues which are real for a very small population of the school and you’re now making it everyone’s problem. What happened to the Christian ethos of Saints

Please stick to just being morally sound, a girls school as my initial choice of school (there are other schools in the area that cater to those not girls or relating to being a girl)
