Our roads are currently overwhelmed with traffic. More apartment means more cars. This is unsustainable.

There is too much congestion in this area. Far too many apartments have been added already. No more!

The proposed apartment complex would have a ruinous impact on an historically significant community with a proud cultural heritage. A community that should be protected and supported rather than exploited because of increasing development in the area.

Deeply Opposed to LDG continuing to ‘suggest’ what Berrytown needs. This developer has a bias skewed by profit. As a resident of Berrytown, I selected my living location based on the current housing density and the canopy. This development will exacerbate a heat island effect.

This area is too congested already

No more apartments!! The area can’t handle more people and more traffic. Home values will drop even more.
