Please do not grant custody to Cornelius Charlton or Lauren Souris of Kevlar Kennels or anyone associated with them.They were kept in deplorable conditions

Animals were neglected and should be given a second chance to life a life with a loving family not produces endless puppies in a hot building with poor nutrition and other health issues. This person/kennel has produced countless puppies and produced thousands off the backs of these dogs with no proper care. His dogs should be seized and given this opportunity I hope you consider this petition and our community that care about these animals.
