The dog deserves to be placed in a safe environment.

To me this is absolutely animal abuse. No animal should ever have to go through what these dogs endured. Especially from a kennel that is supposed to keep them safe. Please please please do not give these poor dogs back!!

Please do not return these dogs to the owner. He was extremely neglectful and the dogs deserve better. There are caring and capable people and rescues willing to step up to help these dogs find a safe and loving life.

Please protect these innocent dogs.

Giving these animals back to the owner would be an extreme travesty of justice. This person should be banned from ever owning pets in the future.

They should not go back to where they where neglected.
