Please let these majestic, wonderful, beautiful dogs go to families who will truly love and appreciate them for the amazing breed they are. They do not deserve to be used as money machines and treated like property. They are loving, breathing, heart beating, blood running through their veins, wonderful family members.

As a former Lorainite, I am pleading that Judge Mihok does NOT return these defenseless dogs back to the original owners.

These dogs deserve a good life with people that make them part of the family. These dogs are loyal and will repay their new families tenfold. Please do not allow them to go back to a life of hell, with no human contact. Now that they have been spoiled by humans the last few weeks, it would be inhumane to take it away.

Please do NOT send these poor dogs back to that “kennel”. It would be like sending a severely abused child back to his or her abusive parents. Protect these dogs so that they may have the chance they deserve to each become part of a family in a loving home.

These owners have shown a wanton disregard for the needs and best interest of these animals. They should forfeit them so that the dogs can have a better life.

I’ve met these dogs, and they have the potential to be good family animals. They will have no chance if returned to the owner or related person, as the value those individuals placed on their lives was obvious in the conditions they were kept in.

Please do not return these precious companions to the humans who put them in horrible conditions and tortured them by forcing them to live in horrendous conditions.
