This petition is for teacher reform at Coppell High School, it does this by advocating the 20/70/10 system of employment in which all teachers will be placed into categories. The top 20% are deemed the most efficient and are put up for promotion and rewarded, the next 70% are deemed average, the last 10% are deemed inefficient and could be fired if not improved upon.
