Honest law abiding citizens aren't the problem when it comes to any type of violence. These laws are unconstitutional.

The United States Constitution and the Pennsylvania Constitution gives the right of the people to bear and own any type of firearm that they want without any infringement from the Government. This should be plain and clear to anyone, especially lawyers and politicians who took an oath to uphold said Constitution.

The amendment was ratified by the States and authenticated by Secretary of State Thomas Jefferson as: A well regulated militia being necessary to the security of a free state, the right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed.

The founding fathers knew that, one day, those elected to govern the land would attempt to overrule the will of We the People... And they wanted to ensure that WE had all means necessary to not allow that to happen!
