If you believe that it is the right of every “law abiding” citizen in this state to possess a firearm for personal protection, for hunting, for target shooting, or in the defense from tyranny, we ask you to sign this petition that we will present to our lawmakers in Harrisburg on Monday, May 6th at the annual Pennsylvania Right To Keep And Bear Arms Rally.
At this rally, we will be contacting our Representatives in Harrisburg to share our views and values concerning the many threats to one of our most cherished inalienable rights. We will be battling any proposed bills on semiautomatics, large capacity magazines, background checks for ammo purchases, outright bans on types of firearms, and all infringements which lead to a destruction of due process for gun owners, or a planned suspension of the 2nd Amendment of the United States and Pennsylvania’s Article 1, section 21 of the Pa. State Constitution.
Article I, Section 21 of the Pennsylvania State Constitution states:
"The right of the citizens to bear arms in defense of themselves and the State shall not be questioned."

I lived in Illinois for 30 years, 20 of those years in Chicago. I see the same thing happening in Pennsylvania that happened in Illinois. We need to come together and tell our representatives to protect our 2nd Amendment rights. UNITED WE STAND - DIVIDED WE FALL!
Bloomberg money to aid gun confiscation, whether through Everytown, Moms Demsnd Action or directly into the pockets of Wolf, Peduto or other positions DOES NOT BELONG IN PA!! My rights ‘shall not be questioned!!’
I am against HBO768 !!!! A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed. All the elected officials took oaths to uphold the constitution not infringe upon our constitutional rights !!!!
I believe government has grown too big. By the people, For the People doesn't mean control the people like slaves. If PA bans firearms, I will move. Period. I refuse to surrender my Constitutional rights to all controlling politicians . and Yes I will move.
Restricting gun ownership by law abiding citizens in order to reduce crime is ludicrous. It is similar to banning sober drivers from driving in order to prevent deaths caused by drunk drivers. It's purely idiotic.
We are not the problem! Criminals who get their gun on the streets or steal them are!! I have many guns that have not killed a single person!

I have gone to Harrisburg in the past, but I get sick on the bus ride, or I would be there. I believe in the right to keep and bear arms and the right to protect myself and family. I don't want any of my gun rights infringed upon!
