This inmate never needs to ever walk free.. Working in the DOC field I have seen more than my share of repeat offenders.. In prison they say they found God (lie) all they learn in Missouri DOC is better ways to be a criminal . The system has failed so many people by releasing animals like this inmate only to repeat his actions again on another innocent person.. How can the system fail the family's of this monster? He should have been put to death for his action or life WITHOUT... Prayers to the Juliette family as they deal with our corrupt system that always puts the inmates before the victims.

Words cannot express enough how keeping this man at DOC means to the Juliette family. I would have been a daughter-in-law to Gene Juliette and because of this heinous crime I never got to meet Gene or his beloved son, Daryl, (which would have been a brother-in-law to me as well as an uncle to our daughter). I am married to Gene's youngest son, Dennis Juliette, whom was raised in a loving family yet without his father and older brother to offer so much guidance that men do in each other's lives. I work in the field of criminal defense law and although some people may think I assist providing a slap on the wrist to people for crimes there is always those crimes that cannot be fixed by probation or parole. Inmate #155845, Bobby Smith, needs to remain behind bars until his final breath as he took (heinously) Gene and Daryl's final breath and their chance at life as well as stealing something from their wives and children. Thank you.
