With the intent to kill an officer execution style makes a future still high risk danger to all officers.
This criminal chose his actions and had no remorse for the forever changing of one fallen hero, his family and the Leo family. He chose his actions and by that he should not be granted parole at all. The officer didn't get that chance to see his children grow up. The criminal did what he did he can stay where he's at.
