Due to the nature of the horrendous crime, this individual does not deserve freedom. He had no regard for human life during the commission of the crime, and I feel releasing him is a threat to society.

I'm from Putnam county. Raised there. I remember when this happened and how it affected the community. He does not deserve parole. He did not give Janey a choice so why should he have choices? Any person who takes another's life deliberately should see bars for the rest of theirs.

John Janey was like a uncle to me growing up and he helped my family many times, He was like a superhero.for our community. I miss him, we all do. Please keep the scum that ended this great mans life, where he belongs, under the jail.. Much love to the Janey family.

John was a good friend in High School, He was a very caring & friendly human who put his life in front of keeping law abiding citizens safe...... To grant this person parole would be a slap in the face to all law enforcement families......
