I was in prison with Bob at St Marys. he had dementia really bad. I know what he did was absolutely detestable, but he was no longer in a right state of mind. He should have never died in prison, but be at home with his family with his mental illness. Now hes dead. being in prison and being denied paroled so many times doesnt bring your loved ones back. im sorry for your loss, but I also have compassion for people who dont even know who they are any more.

Hell no NO parole for a piece of dirt like this he deserves to die in prison he should die the exact same way he killed that deputy by a gun he’s eating up tax payers money eating sleeping using running water the tax payer is paying for this garbage and he killled a man that was trying to uphold the law and bring this trash to justice if he’s ever given parole someone needs there head and or heads examined thoroughly no killer should ever be set free ALIVE after he dies in prison he should be cremated and his ashes thrown in the sweat may god have mercy on the deputy’s soul I hope he can Rest In Peace knowing his family is still fighting for justice for him and fighting to keep that trash off the streets

No person who takes a life of a civil servant would have the ability to be paroled. Rehabilitation of that person does not matter. They took someone's life that was sworn to protect them. They have and had no respect then why give them a 2nd chance to prove they can either do it again or not. That's not a risk worth their freedom. Standing with our men and women in uniform.

I knew John well! He was a great man! I also remember the night he was murdered, I remember the jury giving mercy to the dirt bag! It's a shame that the family has to go through this every 3 years!

This is one killer who should never see freedom again.... When you murder a police officer then you should spend the rest of your life behind bars being forced to think about your crimes ...
