American voters need debates to make reasoned choices about their votes in the 2016 Presidential elections. Substantive debates offer a vital opportunity to make voting choices. FOX News owes it to the American people to offer a substantive debate forum without any peripheral distractions unrelated to the positions of the candidates on issues. Megyn Kelly has become such a distraction and should not moderate any future FOX News 2016 GOP presidential debates.
