I am against any temporary assignments in Frisco ISD. I do support building HS 10 earlier than planned so that kids can be rezoned to their more permanent home.

Reedy High School will have plenty of neighborhoods with room to grow south of Main Street. The Trails' kids shouldn't be shuffled around.

Temporary splitting families is a dangerous precedent to start, it completely defies the guidelines for unity and segregates those students from their OWN FAMILY!

As an alternative, I think it makes more sense to zone the newly built/still under construction apartments to Reedy. Hundreds of Trails residents have lived in the community 13-15 years +. Breaking up families and friendships for temporary rezoning seems like a slap in the face to us. I have been paying FISD taxes for 18 years.

No temporary rezoning. This doesn't make any sense for the parents or kids in The Trails or anywhere else in Frisco.

If this proposal goes through "as is" then next year I will have to face having 4 children in 4 different schools!
