The case number 2009-CV-1858-06 was dismissed wihout prejudice on May 25th ,2011 with the reason for the dismissal being failure to provide a certificate of service against the defendant who at the time of filing was known as TJA Lodging LLC. This in fact was the only known name and address of the Defendant at time of filing yet it was discovered later that the Defendant for this case is in fact Rishabh Investment LLC.located at 2741 Runway Lake Lane Snellville,Ga 30039 The previous defendant TJA Lodging LLC and Rishabh Investment LLC are in fact one in the same. It was discovered by searching the city of Riverdale records that the owner of the Budget Inn formerly located at 709 King Rd Riverdale,Ga 30274 list on the certificates of occupancy is in fact Rishabh Investment LLC therefore it is the hope of the plaintiff to reopen this case filed in this honorable court
