I think reducing the speed to 20mph would be a good start, really it should be enforced in all residential streets around schools. A more productive approach from the local council would be to patrol the surrounding roads and clamp down on illegal and dangerous parking.

20 mph is a start but, I also think there should also be speed humps, as most schools have them around the perimeter.

20 should be plenty in all residential areas during certain hours (08:00-18:00) as far as I'm concerned! Should also be policed with speed cameras!

Why is there any need to speed, especially down a road with limited view due to cars parked on each side of the road

I think all residential roads should have 20mph limits, although we have it our road, but it doesn't seen to make a difference

Prevent what happened to Tilly happening again, do whats right to make the rd safer
They should put speed bumbs and speed cameras at least then they can see who is speeding and get them of the road! Roads are not a race track
