Please review the alternative solution of vaccination. Culling will not resolve the problem in the long-run. How long culling have to last? How many more innocent animals have to die? How to control rabies when other animals might also carry the virus?

There must be a loving way to end rabies as we have in other parts in the world, We live now in a global world, everybody is willing to help out and let these beautiful creatures live. Dogs are sent from heaven to teach us friendlyness.
