They may be strays but it is still a precious life. Please instead roll out vaccination even for strays all over Malaysia. Also cats fall into the mammals that carries rabies as well. Are you going to kill cats as well??

We are against having strays being culling, it is damn cruel. There will be a better sollution by injection rabies vaccine
by destroying all the strays cullinh doesnt seem to help and you wont even know there might be a airborne too, and how do you indentify this problem is caused by stray, please take in seriously my suggestion

There is solution to this, not mass culling of strays - get them vaccinated.
If some dogs are infected then put them to sleep, not brutally and publicly kill them.
#limguanengdogkiller the rodents roaming around Penang carry rabies too. start by imposing eateries to keep their places clean so they don't attract rodents carrying this diseases.
