Redirect strays back into the wilds. Free them permanently from human cruelty back into the wilds. by feeding them regularly restaurant leftovers (available everyday when arranged to be colleted in buckets at closing time) DBKL needs to know about Waste Management of their plastics,tins, paper and restaurants leftovers.!!! Tell them now!!1

The culling system is questionable. Ever pet dogs and dogs with dog license are killed. WHY? Why are workers still culling dogs at night?
