Final supporters
We the community, parents, ex students and friends of Malek Fahd Islamic School in Sydney would like to express our deepest concerns about the future, reputation and status of the school.
The intention of this petition is to request that the Premier of NSW, Barry O’Farrell, and NSW’s Minster of Education, Andrew Piccoli, as well as Federal Minster Peter Garrett to immediately prioritise the removal of a corrupt governing body that is not acting in the best interests of those whom it is appointed to represent. In its place the community asks that you intervene so that our school continues to provide education to our children in the best manner it is capable of doing. We suggest that:
1.You intervene to dissolve the current school board that is appointed by AFIC. 2.You appoint an administrator to run the school affairs and look after it. 3.Ensure funding is only returned to the school once the government is satisfied the funds will be spent on the students.

Total mess. They need to get their act together and fix the management issues before it all falls apart.
This school has been part of our community for so long. Stop messing with our kids futures over politics.
Leave the school alone. My kids are happy there and doing great.
Keep the doors open. Too many years of hard work to just let it go down the drain.
Taxpayers money needs to be accounted for. We need transparency now!!

Really worried about what is happening to the school. We just want a good education for our children without all this drama.
