EMM Group is appearing before Community Board 3 on Monday for a new venue that will be located at 199 Bowery @ Spring Street.

The space is roughly 20,000 sq. feet and will house a bakery and restaurant with a Latin base. EMM Group is looking to add a venue that will be a responsible neighbor, and add great quality food, and an additional 200 jobs to an already thriving area of Manhattan.
