All, We need to show our resolve to punish the culprits of the 1991 blast which killed Rajiv Gandhi and 15 others. The Families of the Victims have suffered 20 years awaiting justice. The appeal is to withhold the supreme court decision of capital punishment in this rarest of rare case showing our will to fight terrorism. If the ORDER of the President of India is vetoed, by any sympathiser, or any collective entity, it will create a very detrimental precedent, in our nation that would negate the Trust in the system.
