Sathasiva English school founded by late Mappanar Mudaliya Arunasalam Chinnappa in 1885 in Analaitivu,ceylon (now called sri lanka).It celebrated its 75 anniversary in 1960 with a grand event with a publication to mark its anniversary with author of its publication by a famed English language teacher N Panchadsaram with its first graduate late eminent Principal S Sivapathasudaram,BA(Calcutta) as its long standing principal ( he has been for there for 25 years from 1944 to 1969).The publication had its front page dedicated to late A Chinnnapa with his photo and with the title,Founder Principal.
After 2004 ,the gate of the school show 1860 as its established date and about to celebrate its so called founding of 150 years instead of 125 in october according to latest information .This is to stop the distortion and change the foundding of school back to 1885 from 1860.
