As servers it is our job to attend to customers necessities from the moment they walk in the restaurant. We love our job, but more importantly our desire is to ensure that guest feel welcomed at Applebee's by giving them excellent service and leaving with a smile. We do work extremely hard to please our tables, but not many people understand that we only get paid $5 an hour which is less than minimum wage. We make our money from the tips and unfortunately not everyone knows this or understands this; therefore, we are starting this petition to automatically include gratuity in all checks. It would truly be a blessing and quite helpful to all of us servers. Thank you for your time! And don't forget to sign! :)
