Dear alderperson,
As a city resident I urge you not to let aldermanic curtesy be use to give a way yet another public right of way. Keep the street grid in tack and vote no on BB64.

Shame on the alderpersons representing downtown. You've shown your true colors, and I couldn't be more disappointed in your lack of leadership and failure to represent your constituents.

Just one thing. The street isn't even being "sold" it is just being given away to the developer for free.

Closing any street names no sense, and is part of the same dated thinking that caused the fragmentation and segregation that has stifled progress for decades. We must change how we operate... Street closures should be off the table. Especially true in cases like this. Sad that it even considered, let alone acted on.
