We do not have the infrastructure to handle another subdivision in this area. It is overcrowded as is.

This area cannot handle the extra traffic and congestion. The schools and buses will be overloaded.

No more houses!! No more rezoning!! This area is already congested. What used to take 20 minutes to get to MOG is now almost an hour with ridiculous traffic on Rosebud. The animals have nowhere to go, they are now wandering in people's yard and sometimes getting run down by cars. Preserve the trees and nature around here.

I concur with my neighbors comments that we don't have the infrastructure in place to take on another subdivision. Rosebud Rd. should have been widened to 4 lanes years ago. Also, more schools need to be added, too.

We do not need no more homes smaller in our neighborhood. The roads and technology infrastructure is really bad to manage already.

The traffic is bad adding more homes or a subdivision will cause more problems. We are building more subdivision but not working on our roads or the area to deal with all the traffic or population.

I oppose this rezoning request. The area is becoming overcrowded and the traffic is noticeably much heavier.

We must get a handle on the growth between Loganville & Grayson. The traffic, population, safety, and general infrastructure is being affected in this area. We already see that Rosebud has been flooded with overfilled to its capacity. Without widening Rosebud or building another school we are headed for our area to be overcrowded.

Opposing this are 60 resoning whole heartedly. Our schools, roads and community cannot handle all the extra traffic and population that will come with it
