This would be wonderful! I agree that it should have a dog park as well. And a playground with LOTS of swings, not enough swings at the parks we currently have.

Last great space left in town. Don’t need another car lot or pizza shop. Nothing in this part of town for recreation . Great spot

The area is an eye sore and our Rec department has done wonders for this town...let them transform it!!! We certainly don’t need another factory in there!

All for it. Has looked like a dump over there for so long about time they vote to do something about it and that would be a great solution.

I believe is a great idea, but we need to check the total cost to clean, build, and maintain the area. Is essential that no debt will be simple off set by increase in the current property taxes.

I fully believe that parks and recs should get all the money. There is so many things we can put there. I feel we definitely need it to be enclosed and make a good part of it be a dog park. We have so many dogs in town that don’t get out and run as much as they need to because there is no where for them to go. On the perimeter of the park can be a walking trail. I feel we need a field that our community can use when the other fields are taking over by Rec teams and school teams. Other possibilities that would be nice there would be a basketball court or a big kids playground.

Yes this is a great idea! I also agree having a dog park as part of it would be great as well.

Great idea. There has to be a large enclosed dog park included. It’s something Clinton is missing.

Just curious as the cost of the clean up of the property? I've heard many stories of it being contaminated? From the stuff they used to wrap wires?
I don't think another couple million is kicking around?
