All that was needed, was to properly contain our garbage (done), our pest control company have treated and eliminated the present infestation (Done), placing two layers of decorative stones over the soft soil without removing the foliage would discouraged future rat s from burrowing there.
Hey, but what do I know about rat control after 43 years in the business.

I think we should have been made aware of the issue and the solution before it was executed (or started). It might be that one us could help in a more significant way.

Not sure who made this decision but it would have been nice if shareholders were notified of the situation and got to weigh in on suggestions/solutions given this affects the buildings aesthetic, curb appeal of our property.
