I met Hailey in 2012 when I tutored her in the college courses she was taking. I saw the bruises on her. Hailey and I became friends. She often brought Sophie over to play. Sophie is a very intelligent, well-behaved child and Hailey provided absolutely everything Sophie needed physically, mentally, and emotionally. Hailey may not be perfect but one thing I can guarantee is that she is a wonderful mother and the system is being taken advantage of and depriving poor Sophie of her mother.
