Its unfortunate DAT few individuals bags millions of shillings , and ordinary peoples are suffering , citizens whom vote for devolution are now starved, no water ,non- payment of works . And sme time some fool's are making laud noise once mentions county issues, enough is enough now we need for the sake of our generation to put aside political differences and look for durable solution . Dragging individuals names nor blaming one individual will not help us ,let allover's carry blames together ND find solution . Devolution is a young baby let shows show how to walk it.
