While we appreciate the owner’s right to do with her property as she legally chooses, we the Silver Lake community are strongly opposed to her plans to demolish the existing Craftsman structure and build a massive 6500 sq foot duplex to the detriment of her neighbors’ privacy, views and property values without our input. We urge her to sit down with us, discuss our concerns and discuss the ways we can make this a winning prospect for all
