I really did not think this would gain so much ground but it is honestly wild to see how many people want actual real world experience in our government. My phone has been buzzing nonstop since this morning and I am trying to keep up with the comments because there are some genuinely brilliant ideas tucked in there.

About time. Too many career politicians who have never done a real day of work in their lives making rules for the rest of us. They need to live in the real world first.
Agreed. 10 years min. keep the suit and tie graduates out until they get some experience.

YES. get them out of the bubble. they have no clue how hard it is to actually run a business or balance a budget.
