I would love to see Residence Life give a good example of restorative justice with these students rather than this unreasonable punishment that will only ensue with more hurt and pain for the members of the floor and community that cherishes these students. I do not believe that this punishment was thoroughly thought out, especially with the current housing situation in Seattle and the fact that many of these students live out of State. Punishing the students like this will not reduce any harm that may have come to the freshman and serves no purpose.

This was a poor decision and should be reversed. A warning and a fine would have been a proportionate response.

As an alumna from ashton and spu I think it is sad that these boys are being evicted for wanting to continue the traditions of the dorm. I understand that they disobeyed but there is a level of grace that should come into this. Put them on probation don't ruin their sophomore year
