I aslo suggested to add/create ALTERNATING PART TIME WEEKEND/WEEKDAY SCHEDULES which looks something like this
- Friday/Saturday (11p-7a and possibly all other extended/additional shifts)
- Sunday/Monday (same shift options as above)
Ultimate goal is better WORK/LIFE BALANCE while not being so subject to the wrongful revised attendance policy that recently released.

The new attendance policy is a total mess and barely lets us have a life outside these walls. let us have some flexibility with the rotatonal scheduling already!
