Agree, its about time. We really need a good management company to put this building in good working order. In 3 yrs of owning my unit I have seen very little done to get this building repaired .

I agree - both board and Wilson Blanchard are beyond negligent in their responsibilities to us as owners.

I strongly agree with the above statements...I bought my Condo last year and see the walls are terrible,I thought they will paint it to make it nice for the residents and for the visitors but till now they do not seem to care how bad and messy it looks.i know this is just a minor problem but I hope they are more concerned to us.thanks and great job whoever started this!We need a changed!!!
