We, the undersigned owners of units at 101 Leonard, have organizing to direct the board to hire an independent third-party investigator to determine to what extent the developer (and/or subcontractors) are liable for the Local Law 11 issues and repairs thereof.

Given that time is of the essence, so that the investigation may occur without substantially interfering with the repair work that has begun, we expect to hear back within a week as to which independent firm will be hired to perform the investigation.
