J JACKY LEUNG 10 years ago 電車並不是導致中區塞車的主要原因，主要原因是駛入中區的私家車實在太多！其實只要限制私家車/重型貨車及輕型貨車於繁忙時間駛入中區，就可以解決到中區塞車嘅問題！
