In the early '00s, Patrick Stump quietly recorded/produced an album called Soul Punk. Not content to merely play all the instruments and sing all of the lyrics (except for a bonus track with Lupe Fiasco), he cleverly added hidden messages about social-economic issues of the day as well as a hidden track. Regretfully, it went very under appreciated and not given the kudos and attention it deserves. Apparently, society was not ready for Soul Punk.
